Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-22 · Effective 22 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the nusantaraplatform.com website, Akun Nusantara (Nusantara Account, at account.nusantaraplatform.com), and the products we provide, namely EstateOS and BrewMetrics. By creating an account, signing in, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service provider
The services are operated by PT Nusantara Platform Digital, a company incorporated in Indonesia and based in Yogyakarta ("we", "us").
These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy at nusantaraplatform.com/en/privacy.
2. Definitions
Nusantara Account: a single account at account.nusantaraplatform.com for managing organisations, product subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
Organisation: a business, residential estate, community association, or other entity registered in a Nusantara Account that subscribes to a product.
Owner and Admin: roles within an Organisation. An Owner holds all rights, including accepting product agreements, transferring ownership, and deleting the Organisation. An Admin helps manage services, billing, and members within the rights granted.
Product Users: staff, finance officers, cashiers, residents, and other users given access directly inside a product by the Organisation. Product Users do not need a Nusantara Account.
Products: EstateOS (residential estate and property management) and BrewMetrics (coffee shop and F&B operations), including web apps, mobile apps, and self-managed editions.
3. Relationship with product terms
Each Product has its own terms of service covering product-specific matters such as pricing, trials, billing, refunds, service availability, and the handling of data inside the product:
EstateOS: estateos.nusantaraplatform.com/en/terms
BrewMetrics (cloud service): brewmetrics.nusantaraplatform.com/en/legal/terms-of-service, together with the Data Processing Agreement at brewmetrics.nusantaraplatform.com/en/legal/data-processing-agreement
BrewMetrics self-managed (installed on the customer's own server): the Licence Agreement provided with the quotation and installation package.
If these terms conflict with a Product's terms of service, the Product's terms prevail for that Product. These terms apply to anything not covered there, and to the website and the Nusantara Account.
4. Nusantara Account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the Organisation you register.
You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep it up to date. Each account is for one person; do not share accounts.
You can sign in with an email and password or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your password, two-step verification (MFA) codes, and recovery codes confidential. We strongly recommend enabling MFA.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may require re-verification or end sessions to protect the account.
5. Organisations and roles
An Organisation always has at least one Owner. Owners are responsible for whom they invite as Owner or Admin and for the actions those people take in the Nusantara Account.
When accepting a Product's terms of service, an Owner confirms they are authorised to bind the Organisation. We record the document version, time, and IP address of the acceptance as evidence.
The Organisation is responsible for managing Product Users' access inside the Product and for making sure they use the Product in line with the applicable terms.
6. Subscriptions, invoices, and payment
Prices, plans, and trial periods are shown on the Product pages, in written quotations, or on the invoices we issue. Prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise.
Invoices for an Organisation are issued through the Nusantara Account and can be paid using the available methods, processed by our payment gateway partner (DOKU). We do not store your payment card numbers.
The consequences of late payment, including grace periods, read-only mode, and termination, as well as refund policies, follow the relevant Product's terms of service.
7. Prohibited use
You must not: use the services for unlawful activity; attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not entitled to; test for security vulnerabilities without written permission; disrupt or place unreasonable load on the services (including bulk automated data extraction); distribute malicious software; copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the services except as permitted by law or a licence agreement; or use the services to send unsolicited messages (spam).
8. Data and privacy
Data an Organisation enters into a Product remains the Organisation's. We process it only to provide the services, in line with the Product's terms of service, any data processing agreement, and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
Nusantara Account data and data we receive from Google sign-in are processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.
9. Intellectual property
The software, designs, the Nusantara Platform, EstateOS, and BrewMetrics brands, and their documentation belong to PT Nusantara Platform Digital or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services while your subscription or licence is active.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve the services without obligation to you.
10. Availability and changes to the services
We work to keep the services available and secure, including through regular backups. Availability targets and support for each Product are set out in that Product's terms of service.
We may add, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid service, we will give notice in advance.
11. Suspension and closure
You may stop using the services at any time. Before closing your Nusantara Account, transfer ownership of, or delete, any Organisation where you are the only Owner.
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, unpaid amounts under a Product's terms of service, a lawful request from an authority, or a genuine security risk. Where possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Retention, export, and deletion of Product data after a subscription ends follow the Product's terms of service.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The services are provided as is. Reports and calculations in the Products are tools; business, financial, and tax decisions remain the Organisation's responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees the Organisation paid for the relevant service in the previous 12 months; for free services, including the website and the Nusantara Account, the limit is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, widespread power or network outages, infrastructure provider outages, or government action.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Nusantara Account at least 30 days before they take effect. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page. By continuing to use the services after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice by either party. If that fails, disputes will be settled at the Yogyakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Yogyakarta).
These terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
