1. Data we collect through this website

This website sets no tracking cookies, uses no third-party analytics, and serves its fonts from our own server.

The hosting server may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, access time, and browser type) for security and to keep the service running.

2. Contact form

Messages you send through the contact form (name, contact details, organisation, topic, and message) are stored on our server in Google Cloud’s Jakarta region and then forwarded to our team’s email inbox (Google Workspace). The same form is used on the EstateOS and BrewMetrics landing sites.

To prevent spam we also record the time of submission, your browser type, and your IP address in a masked (hashed) form that cannot be turned back into the original address.

We use this data only to reply to and follow up on your request, never for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to anyone.

3. Retention and deletion

Form messages on our server are deleted automatically after 24 months. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request, or as required by law.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us; please mention your message reference if you have one.

4. Links to other websites

This website links to our product sites and to third-party services (for example WhatsApp). Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
